1. Agreement
By accessing or using NeuralCompanion ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
NeuralCompanion is operated by Anatomik Media ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use NeuralCompanion. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
3. Geographic Restrictions
NeuralCompanion is not available in certain jurisdictions where local legislation restricts the training or operation of AI companion services. Access from these jurisdictions is prohibited.
Currently restricted:
- Tennessee — HB1455/SB1493 (effective July 1, 2026)
This list may be updated as additional legislation takes effect. We implement multiple independent geographic verification methods. Circumventing these restrictions — including through VPNs, proxy servers, or providing false geographic information — constitutes a violation of these terms and is grounds for immediate account termination.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Tokens & Purchases
NeuralCompanion uses a token-based system. Tokens are digital credits used to access companion interactions, custom builds, and other platform features.
- Token purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other users.
- Unused tokens do not expire.
- We reserve the right to modify token pricing with reasonable notice.
6. AI-Generated Content
All companion interactions are generated by artificial intelligence. Companions are fictional entities. Their responses are algorithmically produced and do not represent the views, advice, or opinions of any real person or of Anatomik Media.
AI-generated content should not be treated as professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By using NeuralCompanion, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating companion responses during your session.
We do not use your conversations to train our models or share them with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Full details are outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you may not use the Platform to:
- Generate content involving minors in any context.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our models or training data.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Interfere with Platform operations or security.
9. Intellectual Property
All companion models, training data, the fetish knowledge engine, runtime systems, and Platform design are the exclusive intellectual property of Anatomik Media. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.
Custom companions built for you are licensed for your personal use only. The underlying model architecture and training methodology remain our property.
10. Limitation of Liability
NeuralCompanion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, or interruptions in service.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Token balances are forfeited upon account deletion.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
