Purpose
NeuralCompanion is an adult AI companion platform. We support a wide range of legal adult content and interactions. This policy defines the boundaries — what's allowed, what's not, and what happens when lines are crossed.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use NeuralCompanion. No exceptions. This applies to all features of the Platform including viewing, chatting, and building custom companions.
What's Allowed
NeuralCompanion is designed for adult users who want personalized AI companion experiences. The following uses are permitted:
- Romantic and intimate conversations with your companion.
- Adult roleplay, fantasy scenarios, and erotic content.
- Exploring kinks, fetishes, and sexual interests within the companion framework.
- Building custom companions tailored to your preferences.
- Casual conversation, emotional support, and companionship.
Absolutely Prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Content involving minors. Any attempt to generate, request, or describe sexual or romantic content involving anyone under 18. Zero tolerance. This includes fictional characters described as minors, "aged up" scenarios, and any content that sexualizes youth.
- Non-consensual real-world content. Using the Platform to plan, coordinate, or facilitate real-world harm, assault, or harassment against real people.
- Identity exploitation. Creating companions designed to impersonate real people without their consent.
- Illegal activity. Using the Platform to facilitate any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
Also Not Allowed
- Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy our models, training data, or companion personalities.
- Sharing account access with others.
- Automated or bot-driven interactions with the Platform.
- Redistributing or reselling companion content or access.
- Deliberately attempting to break or circumvent companion safety systems.
- Using VPNs, proxy servers, or providing false geographic information to access NeuralCompanion from a restricted jurisdiction.
- Using the Platform to generate spam or commercial content.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning and content removal for minor violations.
- Temporary suspension for repeated or moderate violations.
- Permanent termination and token forfeiture for serious violations.
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by law.
